Beit B'Resheet

The name of our congregation is Beit B'Resheet in Hebrew it translates to House of New Beginnings in English. We changed the name of the congregation 9 years ago to Beit B'Resheet from Beth Hatikva (Hope Chapel). The Congregation has existed 35years.

We are located at 8547 St. Charles Rock Rd. in the City of St. John Mo. 63114 we can be contacted at

314-423-2484

We are a messianic congregation that has ties to the MIA (Messianic Israel)

The first mission of the congregation has always been to reach out to the House of Judah. In the last few years with the teaching of the two houses we have also began to understand what Elohim is doing with Israel as He readies his people for his great return. Rom 1:16-17
16 I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. 17 For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: "The righteous will live by faith."

It is our greatest desire to share the Gospel with the house of Judah.

Rabbi, Pastor Richard Altom is our spiritual leader. The congregation has four Elders who work very hard to support and lift up our Rabbi and Pastor and make the congregation a wonderful place to come and worship HaShem.

Rabbi Rich and his wife Edie invites you and your family to come and be with us.
